International Taekwon-Do Federation Hong Kong International Taekwon-Do Federation has officially recognized our organization as the National Governing Body (NGB) for the region known as Hong Kong in 2003. Also International Taekwon-Do Federation Hong Kong is the official representative to promote and develop the Martial Arts of Taekwon-Do on behalf of International Taekwon-Do Federation. Who is International Taekwon-Do Federation Hong Kong (ITFHK)? We are a group of high calibre International Instructors who have come together in the aim of promoting the ethics and techniques of ITF Taekwon-Do as originally created by Taekwon-Do's Founder, General Choi Hong Hi. We are the officially recognized by the International Taekwon-Do Federation, as the National Governing Body (NGB) in 2003. We were created to keep alive the ideals of ITF Taekwon-Do as bestowed upon us by the Founder General Choi Hong Hi, and now with the guidance, support and direction of ITF President Mr. Chang Ung, IOC Member. Why did we form International Taekwon-Do Federation Hong Kong (ITFHK)? International Taekwon-Do Federation Hong Kong (ITFHK) was formed for the sole purpose of creating a body to conduct ITF Taekwon-do activities, based in an environment of integrity and quality. We gathered some of the most highly credential and hardest working ITF practitioners to put together a formidable organization, which will be at the forefront of all ITF groups internationally. Our goal is to produce the most knowledgeable and competent instructors, the most technically proficient students and a most respected organization, which we believe will lead to the Hong Kong's most successful performers in Local, State, National, Continental and World ITF Championship Competitions, and in life.
